  Camp Registration forms will be available starting April 1st through your church office or at arizonadisciples.com. 

 Early Bird forms are forms completed and returned to the Regional Office by April 30th. 

 All camp forms are due by June 1st.  Any forms turned in after June 1st will be considered on a case by case basis.  We will be unable to change or swap campers after forms are turned in.
